A LARGE 100x50 METAL CLAD STORAGE BUILDING WAS FULLY INVOLVED WHEN BUXTON FIRE DEPARTMENT UNITS ARRIVED ON THE AFTERNOON OF MAY 20, 2003. NUMEROUS TOWNS INCLUDING SACO, SCARBOROUGH, HOLLIS, WATERBORO, STANDISH, AND LIMINGTON WERE CALLED TO THE FIRE TO ASSIST BUXTON UNITS WITH WATER SHUTTLE AND FIGHTING NUMEROUS FIRES WHICH HAD STARTED IN THE NEARBY WOODS.
